Who we are
StrategySync ("we", "us") is operated by Advanced Management Solutions. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use StrategySync at strategysync.amsol.ca, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, and password (stored hashed), or the profile details shared by Google/Microsoft if you sign in with them.
- Content data — the workspaces, rooms, and framework entries you and your team create.
- Billing data — if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe; we store a customer/subscription reference, not your card details.
- Usage data — basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service, authenticate you, enable team collaboration, process subscriptions, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of processors to run StrategySync — including our hosting provider, Stripe for payments, and Google/Microsoft for optional single sign-on. Each only receives the data needed to perform its function.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, contact us at support@amsol.ca.
