1. Agreement
By creating an account or using StrategySync at strategysync.amsol.ca (the "Service"), operated by Advanced Management Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for any organization you add.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the workspaces, rooms, and framework entries you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and process that content to provide the Service to you and your team.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access data you are not authorised to, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Plans and billing
The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits (such as rooms and members) are described in the app.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may revise these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
